Baked Honey Garlic Salmon

This recipe will get you out of the sushi store and back to loving fish you make right at home. This delicious and easy way to prepare salmon will give you a whole new outlook on the possibilities of seafood! (Serves 2-4)

 

Instructions

Position rack in middle of your oven and pre-heat to 400’F

Line foil over a baking sheet and curl edges to make a packet for the salmon

Combine the honey, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, Cayenne pepper, paprika and a pinch of salt into a bowl and set aside

Place Salmon into the foil packet and pour honey garlic mixture over

Spread evenly over the fish and completely seal the packet so no liquid spills

Place in oven and cook through (About 10-15 minutes depending on thickness/size of fish)

Carefully open the top of the packet and broil for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the top of the fish

Garnish and serve immediately
