Prep Time: 15-20 minutes
Cooking Time: About 12-14 Minutes
Season chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic and salt
Heat oil in a pan or skillet and sear chicken breasts over medium-high heat (about 6 minutes a side)
Combine Tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, and olive oil into a bowl and season with salt
Remove chicken from heat and allow to rest
Top each chicken with the bruschetta and parmesan cheese
Serve immediately with balsamic glaze

Prepare while chicken is cooking
Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, turn heat to low and let simmer for 5-8 minutes r until mixture has thickened into a glaze
